We start with an intake, where we make a complete Bodyscan and measure your weight, fat percentage and blood pressure. We show you the results and make a customized training schedule in consultation that you can get started with. After 10 weeks we evaluate again. We evaluate to see if you are on the right track and adjust your schedule where necessary. We keep repeating this process until you reach your goal and keep it!

Best-Fit has the most advanced, computer-controlled and ergonomically designed fitness equipment. Each device can be operated with the Best-Fit wristband. On the display you can immediately see what your personal settings are for the device in question and a 'graph' that follows you in your movement. This way you know for sure that you are performing the movement correctly and you train optimally.
The Best-Fit cardio line consists of various treadmills, cross trainers, bicycles, a rowing machine and the ESCALATE, a staircase that can be set to various degrees. With the exception of the rowing machine, all devices have HD screens on which you can access YouTube but which also contain your personal training program.
Nowadays, young people often get little exercise. Young people should be moderately active for at least one hour a day. That is why Best-Fit also offers youth subscriptions for young people aged 11 to 15. Because it is important that young people train responsibly during their growth, they receive a special training schedule and extra attention from the fitness instructor.
XTENSION is a modern mobility circuit consisting of 6 devices, which improve flexibility and reduce tension/pain. Loss of mobility is the first sign of aging. Flexibility training is therefore becoming increasingly important. The circuit is time-bound: you will have completed the circuit in less than 10 minutes. XTENSION is an absolute must as a supplement to strength and endurance training.
In the Iron Qube XL you train your torso stability, so your core. On 11 stations such as dip station, abdominal station, punching bag, variable pull-up station, variable push-up bar, cable, stepper, ropes pull-up handles and bars. In this circuit you do the optimal core training individually or with a small group.
